职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Act as manager of small audit division, responsible to manage the daily operation of audit team, and team development based in the YRD
2. Responsible to plan, perform and complete all kinds of assurance engagements inclusive of: annual statutory audit, internal financial review, internal control design and audit, financial due diligence, forensic accounting and internal audit projects;
3. Participate the client meetings with business development team, discuss with client about service demands and service needs
4. Determine the service scope, assess the risk level and work out the service charge and prepare the service engagement letter
5. Planning, allocate necessary resources and form the team for on hand engagements
6. Lead the audit team to complete the planned engagements and projects
7. Design and execute necessary working procedures to satisfied the engagement requirements
8. Consolidate, review and approve the work done by team members
9. Prepare reports according to the work result of the engagement team and the scope of the engagement
10. Control and monitoring accounts receivables of engagement clients and make sure clients pay on time
11. Support the management on other internal and external engagements
12. Business travel is required
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Major in accounting or auditing
2. More than 5-10 years working experience in auditing, at least 2 years working experience on a manager role is highly preferred
3. Member of CICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CGA or similar professional certificate is required
4. Working experience with Big 4, international background CPA firms or consulting Company is highly preferred
5. Knowledge and experiences in IFRS, or US GAAP is highly preferred
6. Experience in financial due diligence and forensic accounting is highly preferred
7. Good management and leadership skills
8. Good communication and coordination skills
9. Good computer skills, be familiar with office applications and windows system
10. Initiative and quick learner
11. Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
12. Desire to grow practice
13. Excellent oral and written English
14. Immediate start.
