职位描述
?Identify new suppliers and maintain/manage existing suppliers
1.Own Supplier Qualification process (NDA, Terms & Conditions, Audit, etc.)
2.Determine Suppliers Candidates for specific bid packages
3.Facilitate creation of Bid Packages with Core Team members
4.Launch and manage RFQ in-country process
5.RFQ analysis and recommend awards
6.Finalize award with Core Team members
7.Primary lead in supplier negotiations
8.Own and Lead project tracking through MRP, initial production, transition to stable supply chain
9.Identify and resolve exceptions, root cause analysis and corrective actions/recovery plan
10.Manage to Project Milestones
11.Monitor supplier performance for assigned suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain stability
12.Overall responsibility for sustained supplier performance (delivery, quality and cost)
13.New product development-CADs and 3Diensional deigns.proficient with autocad and solid works software
14.Source new products from china and Asia
15.Source new Materials and trends
16.Work directly with USA design team for developing concepts from paper to actual samples
17.Awareness of market trends in USA retail market
18.Result oriented individual capable of leading the product development team independently
19.Iniiate new product lines
20.Strong communication skills-intercompany and with suppliers
Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University and MBA or secondary graduate degree required
2.At least 5 years work experience in Home Textile supply (Fabric dying,printing,fabrication is prefer.)
3.Experience/knowledgeable of supply chain operations including: Manufacturing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Inspection, Expediting and Logistics
4.Excellent communication skills in English
5.Must be able and willing to travel to meet business needs
6.Must be proficient in use of MS Office applications
7.Excellent organizational, facilitation, and team building skills
8.Overseas experience is a plus
