PRODUCT /QUOTATIONS:

Analyze the quotations in detail through the open costing.

Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to keep quality & lead-time to reach the best Deal. Work together with Shoe Developer and technicians.

Send the quotation to suitable suppliers. (acc. to capacity strategy set by PM team)

Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the price acc. to our price method, quality and lead-time. Send best deal to buyer.

Give feedback to supplier regarding price, sample and possible requests for improvements.

Follow up deadlines for quotations and samples as per preorder method.

If an order is confirmed check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed before handing over to Shoe Production Merchandiser.

In case all details are clear transfer order + offer sample/style sample to Production Merchandiser for follow up.

COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION

Create a good and open dialogue with your colleagues.

Have Strong cooperation with Buyers team.

Get confirmation on L/T, price, TOD and product.

Strong cooperation with Quality team (QC, Tech., QA) in order to secure best product before OPD (quality and fitting).

COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO

Create a good dialogue with buyers in SEBO.

Send clear and accurate information to SEBO in an early stage for clear understanding.

COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS

Good knowledge of H&M suppliers’ concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.

RECORD & DATA

Be responsible of all data input in OFS until OPD (options, sample LT, price method, etc.)

Be responsible for all quotations samples in the office and keep storage and office area clean and tidy.
