Responsibilities,
- Define each level competence requirements;
- Organize to develop the training materials and train the workforce to meet the competency required
- Set up the assessment method to measure the workforce skills.
- Helps employees to understand and live the Faurecia values, facilitates new employee to integrate into the Faurecia environment and helps to build a positive working climate in company
- Identify the training needs and develop the overall training plan and implement the training program. Evaluate the results;
- Annual training budget management and reporting;
- Work with HRM to manage talent pool

- Organize recruitment to meet business needs according to recruitment needs, including job requirement define and launch, candidates sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring manager interview arrangement
- Be responsible for candidates offer package communication, offer delivery and pre-on boarding arrangement
- operator hiring and labor agency management, ensure the hiring cycle and quality can meet the business requirement.
- Work closely with other departments and HR team to improve recruiting results (i.e., hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiency)
- Build good relationship between Line Managers/Employees through regular communication meeting and daily communication
- Employer branding project deployment in plants
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 3 years working experience in training or recruitment function.
- Good planning, coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good command of PC skills
