- Orginize production planning team to follow up the production schedule closly, coordinate with related departments to solve the impedements occured during production, in order to avoid any delay for customers's demand.
- Time to Market and production synchornization improvement.
3, Customer Service Orented:
Fast react on customer's demand, drive all functions to improve the OTD and reduce the BO to customers.
4, Capacity Management:
creating capacity datebase and providing capacity alarm and suggestion based on the customer demand.
