1.Bachelor above degree, majored in mechanical and engineering is preferred.

2. 8+ years working experience in similar scale manufacturing industry as WCM professional, knowledge of one or some of the following technics such as foundry, pressing, surface treatment, painting, plating and so on.

3. Strong sense of WCM system, production, efficiency, cost control, quality assurance and delievery leadtime achievement.

4. Experienced on WCM projects by cross function.

5. Strong experience on team management

6. Good international relation communication skill and interpersonal skill

7. Mature and open minded with capability easily adapting to new organization environment.

8. Excellent in spoken and written English.
