Job Requirements:
1.A relevant University Degree
2.Has good knowledge of BE Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes
3.At least 8 years in a BE Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment
4.Be already in a Managerial/ Senior Managerial role for at least 3 years
5.At least 5 years experience in either a direct customer/ supplier facing role
6.Able to work independently, demonstrates good teamwork and a self-starter
7.Fluent in both English (conversational, reading/ written) as well as Mandarin
8.VDA 6.3/ TS16949 auditor certification



Responsibilities:

1.Governance
（1 ） Implement effective and robust BE Supplier Quality way of working framework with BE Sites and BE Sourcing Teams that leads to excellent Supplier Quality Performance & effective Supplier Relationship Management
（2) Establish and improve CPO SQM processes for increased uniformity and performance by structured review of the effectiveness and efficiency in line with NXP CPO SQM objectives.
（3) Conduct monthly SQM BBSC and participate in SQM reviews with internal NXP Stakeholders; BE Sites, BE SBMT and BU-BL where needed.
（4) Hold regular scheduled monthly meetings with BE Site Quality Teams, BE SBMT and Sourcing Managers to solicit feedback on concerns, issues and opportunities for improvement in Supplier Quality Management Process

2.New/ Alternate Supplier Selection/ Cost-Down Projects

（1) Active and integral support in BE Alternate Supplier Selection/ Cost-Down Projects
（2) Implement Supplier Quality Development programs for new/ alternate suppliers based on audit results

3.Supplier Performance

（1) Review opportunities for improvement in the SRS Process based on feedback from the BE Sites and BE SBMT/ Sourcing Teams
（2) Active participation and Voice of Supplier Quality Management in scheduled Supplier BRMs following each SRS Cycle
（3) Schedule visits to BE Supplier locations (tie in with BRMs and scheduled Audits) to gain insight into Supplier Best Practices
（4) Implement Supplier Quality Development programs for Suppliers with “C” Audit Rating (VDA6.3)

4.Audits

Responsible for planning Yearly BE Suppliers Audit in accordance with defined criteria, and participate as Auditor in selected scheduled audits, in close collaboration with BE Sourcing Teams and BE Sites

5.Supplier Quality Agreements

Work in close collaboration with B.U.s and NXP Automotive circle to ensure that critical Customer Requirements are adequately and effectively represented in Supplier Quality Agreements/ QDS specifications sheets and in the BE Supplier Quality Management Process

6.Quality Risk Management

（1 ) develop strategy and drive BE Materials FMEA in close collaboration with BE Innovation Team, BE Sites and BE Sourcing Teams
( 2 ) Function as regional escalation point representing SQM for Supplier related Quality Incidents
( 1 ) Drive 8Ds to timely resolution for High Severity (Level 3 and above) BE Supplier Quality Incidents


This position will report to the NXP Global SQM Director in Singapore. He or She will manage the Key CPO SQM processes for the all NXP Sites and will be the focal CPO SQM contact person for NXP Sites and other Functional Groups on Supplier Quality as well as provide Supplier Quality Management for supplier base in North Asia/ S.E. Asia to ensure the supplier base meets NXP (quality) requirements.
