Responsibilities (This includes the primary tasks but is not limited to):
1.Server operations, this includes the following:
a.Server provisioning/retirement/management
b.Server infrastructure and application monitoring, incident resolution, impact mitigation or escalation
c.Server hardware monitoring, incident resolution or escalation
2.Computer network (LAN/WAN) operations, this includes the following:
a.Network infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution or escalation
b.Hardware monitoring, incident resolution, or escalation
c.PBX support
3.Storage, data backup service operations, this includes the following:
a.Backup monitoring, incident resolution, or escalation
b.Hardware monitoring, incident resolution, or escalation
c.Backup tape management
4.Help Desktop Support, this includes the following:
a.Hardware support for desktop, laptop, printers etc.
b.System support for windows, lotus notes, Microsoft Office
c.Log all work and service into company's helpdesk system
d.Provide 2nd level support to Munters Asia IT Helpdesk team
5.Other areas may include the following:
a.Documenting and improving Service Level Agreements
b.Participating in incident, problem, availability, capacity, security and configuration management for IT services
c.Create reports on incidents, problems, and security and configuration management activities
d.Conducting knowledge sharing and/or presentation within teams or cross-functions
e.Confer with technical personal and managers to develop, implement, and improve organizational and project processes
f.Participate in corporate activities
g.Disaster Recovery Plan / Business continuity Management
h.Execute projects
i.Contribution to continuous service improvement
j.Other tasks that are not listed herein

Requirement:
1.5+ years of system/network/infrastructure administration experience of Microsoft Windows platforms in multiple sites, especially Active Directory, Hyper-V, lotus Domino.
2.IT technical background on PC, LAN, WAN and server. Sound technical knowledge on the related business areas. (Holder of MCSE or CNNA is preferable).
3.Familiarity with implementing and supporting enterprise backup systems (such as Veritas NetBackup or Backup Exec).
4.Experiences in working with helpdesk system. Hand-on and capable of execution, especially helpdesk experience, problem tracking and reporting.
5.Experiences on client software support including Win 7, Win XP, MS Office, Lotus Notes client and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
6.Capable of administering systems with Scripting, PowerShell is a plus.
7.Good knowledge of Avaya PABX systems and IP Telephony.
8.Knowledge in SCCM systems is a plus.
9.Strong interpersonal, motivated, analytically, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills with good teamwork and project management skills.
10.Excellent understanding of customer service and strong sense of customer focus.
11.Good command of English, including oral, reading and writing.
