Arkistruct Ltd an established company specialising in the design and manufacture of pre-fabricated housing based in Dong Guan, is looking for an experienced architect/designer with excellent knowledge in CAD design, production drawing and document control.

The role offered involves design and documentation on a number of housing and multi-storey unit projects.

The successful applicant will:

· be fluent in English;

· have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience;

· be experienced in design and production/workshop drawings;

· have excellent organisation skills;

· have excellent communication skills;

· have skills in document management;

· be an ambitious person who thrives in team environments;

· be experienced in Revit/AutoCAD (essential);

· have knowledge of Sketch-up and Adobe InDesign (beneficial)

外贸跟单专员：有良好的英语沟通能力，能迅速找到我们需要的产品供应商并商谈，出货装柜要熟练安排操作时间和装柜顺序，出货报关相关事宜等。三年工作以上者优先，有意者可电联或发邮件！
