Main Responsibilities

* Sourcing/screening/evaluate new factories + system updates in SPUR.

* Seasonal capacity check with existing supplier + system updates in Bistro.

* Develop capability on existing supplier according to business needs.

* Monitor & update on WEP status.

* Home Product factory(Textile & hardgoods),Fabric mill sourcing/evaluation/grading + system updates.

* New supplier training schedule organizer + H&M introduction to suppliers.

* Prefer sourcing back ground for both Hard goods & Home Textile.

* Well connected with internal and external person

* Well managed the team in daily work.

Main Requirements
* 5 years production experience in Home Textile
* Solid experience in factory sourcing is a must
* Experience in auditing is perferred
* Strong analytical skill and supplier management concept
* Self-motivated, organized, positive and customer driven
* Business minded, interested in fashion, quality conscious
* Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese and English
* Strong communicate skill and able to work people with different culture background.
* Good PC skills in using Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc
* Able to work independently but also in team.3

* Willing to travel
