Global eMarketing Manager, Consumer Devices

CLIENT SUMMARY
As a world leader of connectivity solution manufacturer with nearly 100,000 employees across the world, our client designs and manufactures over 500,000 products that are widely used inside the products in virtually every industry-from consumer electronics, to automotive, energy and healthcare, aerospace and communication networks, etc.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Global eMarketing Manager is required with the objective of seeking, nurturing and driving prospects and customers to websites to deepen user experience and purchase potential. The successful candidate will design and create programs and campaigns to generate online traffic and customer's engagement growth, as well as providing ongoing online support for products launch programs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning eMarketing aspects in conjunction with marketing leads for Consumer Devices industry marketing activities for global deployment. Aligning and completing any relevant Consumer Devices industry marketing objectives with an eMarketing approach and tactics for global effectiveness.
  2. Managing the execution of online marketing activities which involves driving online traffic and customer's engagement to the all Consumer Devices websites include local language sites in China through search engine, online advertising, social media, and email campaigns. This will require coordination with Corp eBusiness for best practice development and working with the Marcom team and related local media for deployment.
  3. Managing the execution of site customer experience optimization. Site customer experience involves providing the best user experience possible through navigational, look & feel and online content management. This involves working with Corp eBusiness to define best practices and submitting requirements for site development for all Consumer Devices websites including local language sites in China.
  4. Managing the execution of marketing leads management which includes customers nurturing program, database marketing and profiles improvement. This will require working with the sales and marketing team for alignment on criteria definition and marketing automation implementation.
  5. Developing and reporting to global Consumer Devices on integrated marketing activities for full close loop online marketing approach.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree preferably in Business/Marketing, Engineering or Communications.
  • 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in digital marketing related function include hands on Content Management System (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search (SEM), Email Marketing, Online Advertising, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Web Analytics.
  • Experience in developing and success with B2B online marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with cross-functional and global project management between Marketing and IT.
  • Experienced in working with or in marketing agencies for online development.
  • Experience in database marketing, ability to prove a consultative service around CRM analytics.
  • Mature, initiative, responsible and result oriented.
  • Strong communicator with business acumen.
  • Keen on new online developments and social networking.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (orally and written).
