- From our IC Sector, BT division, PRP (Principles, Regulation and Processes) department is looking to a Senior Commercial Officer. He/she will be responsible for comprehensive contract management, systematic circular/regulation management, signature mandate regulation administration, as well as governance function of operating companies.
What are my responsibilities?
- Administration of signature mandate regulation, including setting up the guidelines for Division BT and LMV, as well as monitoring its implementation.
- Systematic Administration of circular/regulation, including digesting and implementation follow-up of circulars from superior, handling of self-initiated circular/regulation.
- Contract Management for Division BT and LMV, to ensure complying with all internal and external regulations while supporting sales activities of the organization
- Governance topics of BT/LMV Divisions Operating Companies, including coordinating shareholder’s functions exercised in Operating Companies.
What do I need quality this position?
- College graduated major in Law, BA and related
- Min. 5 years working experience in contract management and internal control areas.
- Experience in intercultural relations desirable
What else do I need to know?
- Knowledge of relevant laws
- Knowledge of commercial and/or business administration
- Written and spoken English skill
- Presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
