1. Initiating Contracts
Prepare proposal and scope of work per request by Sales Staff/ Business Manager/ Customer/ Distributors
Enter prospects for frontlog tracking
Prepare contract document with appropriate terms and conditions
Escalate any risk of not meeting contractual requirement
Prepare any scope change documentation
2. Execute Contracts
Create contract order in MFG/Pro and set up any required scheduling
Prepare welcome kit to Customers/ Distributors
Communicate with Customer or Distributor on delivery schedule or shipment arrangement
Archive contracts and retain good records of all related documentation
3. Fulfill Contacts
Manage the schedule and organize delivery of services to meet contractual commitments
Expedite services and procure parts through Logistics or from 3rd party Suppliers
Inform and ensure adequate resources are booked in advance
Provide operational support for internal personnel as required
Prepare invoices or credit notes.
4. Maintain Contracts
Monitor contract performance by regular review
Compile audit documents or other documentation for service delivery personnel.
Notify Distributors of their upcoming and overdue commitments.
Interact with internal/external customers to resolve customer commercial issues/concerns
Manage the escalation of appeals process by prioritizing customer requirements.
5. Renew Contracts
Utilize databases to support service revenue growth.
Provide advance notification to Customer/ Distributor/ Sales Staff when agreements will expire
Follow up contract termination per procedures and processes
6. Reporting
Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase market share or support sales growth
Prepare appropriate reporting to both internal and external customer
1. Ensure thorough familiarity with ALL CSM Service Offerings.
2. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.
3. Any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate Manager
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration, analytics, andor contract services or equivalent. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in customer account management or project management preferred.
4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
5. Preferred background or prior experience using and interacting with computer-based enterprise-level business systems such as SAP or equivalent.
6. Understanding of automation sales and channels to market preferred.
