Customer Quality Engineer（Shanghai）

This position will be the focal point of quality related collaboration between customer and TI. You will need to cultivate strong relationship and partnerships with customers to drive for customer confidence and loyalty in TI products and technology.

Key to success in this role is to demonstrate team leadership, stakeholder management capability and creativeness when working between customer and TI’s internal organization, and any other resources as necessary, to successfully improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer's advocate.
  
• As TI’s quality representative in front of customer, collaborate with necessary resource to solve customer problem in any proper manners
  
• Drive compliance and alignment for TI and customer’s quality requirements regarding products, processes and services
  
• Manage and coordinating activities of stakeholders within & out of quality organization to achieve customer quality satisfactory.
  
• Involve into customer design-in, qualification, NPI and production phase to proactively identify quality risk and trigger proper action & communication at the right time.
  
• Support customer complaint disposition, including but not limited with field return, production line failures, trail run or qualification failures, etc.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Team player with good interpersonal skill-set.
  
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
  
• A self-starter, proactively drive problem solving and find opportunities for improvement.
  
• Be comfortable to deal with multiple issues of varying complexity.
  
• Flexibility to travel across China
