职位描述
Responsibilities:
l Lead and manage the Center course consulting team and ensure that every team member is both a highly driven salesperson and a positive representative of company and our core values
l Train, audit and mentor sales operations in the Center and be the leader of best sales practices among the team
l Drive results toward monthly sales targets, allocating sales appointments on a daily basis to team members, ensuring the quality and consistency of the sales process, from customer reception to sales meeting presentation (and materials) and onward.
l Coordinate with Marketing on Center-focused marketing activities.
l Interface with regional Sales (on policy and training), Marketing, Telemarketing teams to ensure optimal center sales performance; coordinate with Center Operations Director (on academic and service production) and Finance teams (on monthly reporting and payroll) on smooth center operations.
l Participate in regional management meetings, discussions and contribution to strategic direction of the region. Constantly come up with ways in which the Center systems can be improved, develop and implement proposals
l Monitor adherence to operating policies and administer disciplinary system
l Oversee payroll and bonus calculation and allocation as appropriate
l Act as a leader and role model for the Center
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above in business management or related
l 5-7 years work experience and at least 1 year on sales management
l Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and management
l An extroverted personality with a desire to help students reach their goals in life
l A sales background with previous experience in meeting sales targets
l Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive spirit
l Basic finance management skills
l Good computer skills, including MS-Office
