工作职责:

• 管理电话销售团队（15人左右），对电话营销小组员工进行培训、指导和监督
• 安排计划电话营销小组的日常工作
• 定期评估员工工作表现，并参与员工招聘工作
• 带领销售团队达成销售目标

职位要求:

• 中专及以上学历
• 工作经验5年以上，至少1年以上成功电话销售团队管理经验

• 良好的人际关系

• 能有效领导及管理团队

• 承担压力，有强烈的责任感
