职位描述
Provide proactive and quality HR support and value-added solutions regarding HR issues to the management and employees, including staffing, rewards management, talent assessment and development, performance management, employee relations and communication to support organization development and achieve business goals.
Formulate, implement and develop HR programs, policies and procedures to meet business needs and statutory requirements.
Develop, implement and review the manpower
Develop, implement and review the manpower plan with business managers; source, and select candidates with hiring managers to address the staffing needs timely.
Review and implement rewards programs to ensure internal equity of our pay system and the general pay level of the company is competitive with the market.
Identify training and development needs through a systematic process, formulate and implement training plan.
Facilitate and drive the performance evaluation process, provide coaching and counselling to managers and employees.
Build and promote company culture that supports the company’s direction and goals, and foster a positive and harmonious relationship between employees and the company.
Prepare HR reports, and monitor key indexes like employee turnover rate, analyse the root causes and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce/ keep the turnover rate to/ at a reasonable level.
Ensure efficient and effective implementation of all required HR processes and tools including an attendance and payroll system.
Keep abreast of the latest employment-related legislation and regulations (both national and local) and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure legal compliance.
Manage office administrative matters to create an orderly and supportive working environment cost-effectively.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree preferably in HR Management or related discipline
? HR management accrediction certificate is an advantage
Experience:
? Over 7 years’ solid HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level
preferrably in MNC and manufacturing
? Solid background in recruitment and people development is definitely an advantage
Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
? Solid knowledge of HR management and practices.
? Knowledge of China Labor Law and local regulations regarding employment-related matters, good network and relations with relevant government departments
? Proficiency in oral and written English communication
? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
? Good presentation skills.

? Self-motivated, analytical, result-oriented and ability to work under pressure
? Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
? Mature and trustworthy
? High ethical standard and integrity
? Willing to travel
