Responsibilities :

1. Evaluate SPC system and application to ensure there is solid real time data reflecting manufacturing process status.

2. Assess process quality with top defect by FPY, DPMO/OMI, final product quality By OBA DPM, incoming quality and customer complaint or concerns on quality.

3. Focus on solution of top issue or top defect for site wide and particular workcell/process.

4. Train and qualify Green Belt of 6 Sigma and build team to deploy continual improvement based on data in 1,2,3 and so on.

5. Measure process quality and create plan of lean and 6 sigma training, deploy, administration, execution and result measurement based on following objectives but not limited to

System/Process Optimization

Quality/Yield improvement

Poor quality cost downslide

Top issue/Defect Solution

6. To do internal communication in the team, identify deficiency, improve customer satisfaction, work out working plan for the team and make sure effective job being carried out

7. Setting quality goal and drive team for continuous improvement based on Existing risk, deficiency and customer satisfaction and measure the result.

8. Sustain quality first mentality in team and well understand Jabil requirement and drive team to move on to department or company new goal.

9. Support site lean and 6 sigma in creating, training, deploying, execution

Measuring and sustaining the improvement.

10. Regular (normally monthly) improvement review of quality and customer satisfaction by plant and by customer/work cell.

Requirement :

- University degree in related Mechanical / Industrial engineering
- 5+ years experience in Product / Industrial Engineering , and strong project management, Good box build IE experience.
- Working knowledge of, MSA, SPC, DOE, Poke Yoke, electronic manufacturing process, 6 Sigma methodology, leadership and people management skill.
- Results oriented attitude by clear goal setting and solid achievement measuring, achieve through team concept skills/activities.
- Approach in quality improving and poor quality cost decreasing based on personal and team plan.
- Make supervision on sorting waste
- Ensure operators wear personal protective equipment in practice ( if applicable )
- Be responsible for arranging operators to attend occupational disease medical examination, fire exercise and EHS training
- Be responsible for operators’ post- level EHS training.
- Be cooperative with our companies’ EHS activities.
