职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the Process Improvement of Plant ;
Connecting the technical communication between plant and oversea technical centers;
Establishing quality targets and following them up based on corporation quality policy, Leading annual management review. Managing and monitoring the Quality Performance of Plant;
Providing Quality Management &Quality tools training for all relative technical staff;
Providing Customer Support for Plant (Customer Concern, Audit &Visit etc.);
Providing guideline for Quality Engineers to lead the FMtips(8D) report for Continuous Improvement; Leading the team to solve the issues happened in the process, and develop the short term and long term solutions.
Supervising the lab management for campus;
Leading all departments to monitor and validate the audit improvement (internal audit, customer audit, Third part audit),responsible for customer quality service, and manage customer voice to improve customer satisfaction.
Leading quality cost reduction activities and plant scrap reduction project;
Monitor &manage suppliers with Shanghai global supplier management team and reviewing& approving all supplier's PPAP; Audit supplier as necessary.
Supervising Material Review Board (MRB) Activities to dispose line rejected parts
Organize and develop an effective quality statistic ,analysis& tracking system for hitting the quality performance under
Control to ensure conformance. Leading the System Engineer to review and improve quality system for the plant; Support Engineers in Process and Product Validations (PPAP).
Lead in-process quality control, executing receiving inspection. Providing leadership and guideline for quality systems which including incoming control, mfg process quality control system, outgoing products/parts.
Leading the Continual Improvement& Localization projects, leading the continual improvement project.
Managing quality department staff and task assignment with evaluation and training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least with the diploma of undergraduate course of automobile occupation mechanical processing and manufacture/products or relevant specialty.
At least 5 years' work experience in quality management.
Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 system, rich experience in scene quality management and system establishment.
Familiar with 6σ quality management methods and dispose quality problems in reasonable way.
Able to compile quality management system documents.
Familiar with customer's requirements in automobile occupation and communicate with domestic and foreign customers on business fluently.
Knowledge on product quality and process management with improvement;
Knowledge of production control ,material management ,purchasing, R&D
Highly developed communication skills, in both written and spoken English
Skill in cross-functional collaboration
Strong motivation, leadership and broad-minded, quick learner
Well organized, patient, customer-oriented.
