岗位职责：

1. 审核验货报告，解答客户检验前和检验后的咨询；
2. 跟进客人的投诉，作出改善措施，维护长期稳定的客户关系；
3. 指导验货员工作，开展团队建设，不断提升团队工作效率及服务质量；
4. 协助经理分析数据，制定并实施专项改善方案；
5. 根据客户的要求， 制定产品的检验要求， 有效执行客户指定的要求；
6. 对客服人员提供相关技术上的支持。
