Job Objective
？ Develop strong Dunlop business presence in targeted market.
Key Responsibilities
？ Be responsible for the Dunlop business development including Distribution, home decoration and Trade channel in assigned market.
？ Build, manage and develop the channel network, Focus on new customer development and existing customer management.
？ Assist and coach customer on market development, products training, solution proposal, Dunlop Shop decoration, etc.
？ Marketing intelligence collection, such as key competitors, key activities, products, price, and other information required..
？ Achieve the sales target within expense budget and others KPI. Take ownership on AR management
？ Other task assigned.
Personal Skills:
？ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
？ Can work well under pressure.
？ Like to study new knowledge
Functional Skills:
？ College degree or above
？ 3 years or above sales experience in building material industry, Preferred in dry mixed mortar industry.
？ Good command of reading and writing in English, will be a plus if good spoken in English.
？ Good understanding on distribution, decoration company and trade business operation.
