职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Support the development, implementation and management of global strategies to provide the segment with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.
2.Working closely with the Supply Chain team / Local Management, communicate and implement strategies, contracts and pricing to all regions with an overall focus on maintaining good supplier relationships and total costs of ownership to a minimum to achieve maximum advantage for the company and its customers.
3.Lead global supplier selection and negotiation in order to meet/exceed financial metrics by working with sourcing unit, site, and supply chain leadership.
4.Negotiate Infra global spend on a quarterly basis to exceed customer expectations and maximize PPV.
5. Prepare Business Cases, including ROI models, and effectively present Cost Savings proposals to management.
6.Continually identify and implement new opportunities for Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance and proactively track the progress tward these objectives.
7. Develop global commodity strategies with defined plans for cost savings, risk assessment and mitigation, and service level agreements.
8. Negotiate business T & C's relating to: payment terms, delivery terms, inventory strategies, lead times, price reduction and other strategic issues with key suppliers.
9.Establish and manage long term supplier relationships and will engage with dedicated and non-dedicated sites alike for relationship management as needed.
10. Implement programs for supplier selection, supplier performance management and supply base optimization.
11. Manage supplier selection process and ensure supplier selections are based on sound selection criteria based on feedback from the manufacturing sites, and the customer.
12. Lead in the development and execution of negotiation strategies with suppliers, including specific targets for pricing, service, quality, and inventory.
13.Define and review the Preferred Supplier List taking into account supplier performance, print position and easy of doing business in order to establishing sourcing strategies and consolidate the supply base.
14.Act as the internal team leader and primary contact for negotiation and supplier management with the Infrastructure supply base, driving the strategic sourcing process on a global basis.
15.Provide rigorous analysis of spend data and market trends and dynamics to prioritize and launch sourcing initiatives within designated spend/commodity categories.
16.Address all areas of commodity management including commodity business plans, global market and pricing analysis and procurement support.
1.Contribute to development of the company's strategic commodity objectives and goals.
2.Advise management on alternate global supply sources, raw material costs, commodity pricing trends and supply/demand situations that could impact the business.
3.Monitor current commodity market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges. Develop, implement and communicate tactical and strategic commodity plans internally and customers as appropriate
4.Provide access to leading technology, product roadmaps, technology strategies and industry trends
Requirements:
5.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
6. Knowledge of supply within Mechanical, or electro-Mechanic, or electronics/PCBA
7. Possess sourcing back ground within China and Asia region.
8.5 to 8 years’ experience in procurement or manufacturing environment
9. Good team player and able to perform multi-task
10.Perform task on OMO, drive commodity towards required KPI, transfer, etc,
11.Able to work under pressure within matrix organization with multi location and sourcing unit,
12.Good command of language in both English and Mandarin
13.Candidate must be able to work in Chang-an, Dongguan.
