职位描述
Qualification & Requirement
- Mechanical or textile education background.
- Familiar with process quality control system and ISO 9001,SPC,CPK..etc.
- Experience on plastic,textile ,sport,appeal,equipment or metal or garment.
- Bachelor Degree major in QA management or engineering or quality related.
- Min 3 years in similar quality function,in western or in sport accessories fields.
- Familiar with Microsoft office software.
- Good communication & coordination skill.
- High initiative and a good team player.
- Prefer with cable manufacture understanding
- Proficient in quality measurement/Statistic method(MSA,8D,P-FMEA)with actual practices.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Supplier Quality Management System audit.
- Responsible for customer claim & complaint handling.
- Responsible for Nike RSL test program handling
- Responsible for safety testing program handling,such as FED/EU,CPISA,CE etc.
- Responsible for new style product physical testing protocol.
- Responsible for supplier quality improvement and quality issue troubleshooting.
- Responsible for general inspection protocol developing and pre-production sample reviewing.
- Assist QA/QC manager for coming lab preparation and running.
- Other work assigned by department.
