JOB Duties:
* Responsible for managing product development projects (from concept drawing to PP samples - define material, specification, pricing, manufacturing feasibility, produce samples for fair... etc)
* Lead a team of engineers / assistant engineers to complete projects on time in good quality within budget
* Establish process for implementing projects.
* Identify & resolve product design, manufacturing and potential user problems.
* Establish the business relationship with related vendors
* Provide technical support to internal department

Requirements:
* Diploma or above in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
* 7 years related experience for manager in industrial engineering and process improvement field, less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer.
* Experienced in production efficiency, cost reduction program & products with multi- material.
* Experienced in Houseware/ Household product is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills with Good command in English and Mandarin.
* Immediately available is preferred.
