东莞招聘

JOB Duties:
1.Prepare Sales Confirmation, factory Purchase Orders;
2.Follow up delivery schedule with mechanizing team and factories;
3.Monitor safety stock level;
4.Reconcile inventory record with factories and prepare inventory report;
5.Coordinate with shipping for part deliveries and order consolidation;
6.Daily communication with customers;
7.Assist Marketing & Sales Executive in conducting marketing research and preparing sales report.


Requirement:
1.Form 7 or above;
2.Min 3 years solid working experience;
3.Good command of English and Mandarin;
4.Initiative and able to work under pressure;
5.Able to work independently.
