Position: Internal Auditor

Reporting to: Head Of Internal Audit In Italy

Work location: Dongguan

General purpose of the position:

The position is responsible for the following tasks in Chinese Factory :

Assessing and evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across a range of financial and operational processes;

Assessing financial and operating business risk;

Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes;

Assisting management develop and deploy business process improvement initiatives;

Identifying best practices to improve process efficiency and improve cost effectiveness;

Supporting the development of the audit scopes and detailed test plans;

Writing audit reports in English for management summarizing the assessment of controls and development of practical recommendations to improve controls;

Perform other ad hoc duties that might be assigned from time to time by the Head of Internal Audit;

Supporting of the Italian Internal Audit Team during the reviews of other Chinese companies;

Skill and abilities required:

Strong understanding of internal audit principles;

Strong analytical and organizational skills;

Ability to build effective and valued relationships;

Strong communication, interview and presentation skills across all levels of management;

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;

Ability to work independently;

Ability to understand, document and analyze processes, risks and controls from an internal audit or SOX viewpoint;

Education and experience required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is required;

· CIA or CPA preferred;

· At least 3 or 4 yrs of Big Four or National CPA firm experience;

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;

· Strong preference to candidates with Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel or MS Access or ACL;

· SAP technical knowledge is an advantage;
