Responsibilities:

· Responsible for develop, driving and implementation of supply chain management tools that achieve sustained improvement.

· Facilitates supplier improvement plans, preventive actions plans, and measures for effectiveness.

· Perform supplier assessments and on-going audits of quality management systems including policy, procedures, and work instructions.

· Develop quality standards and criteria, control plans, measurable techniques, data collection method.

· Monitor Pre-shipment inspection status and coordinate with internal customers for dispositions.

· Follow up supplier corrective actions that are effective and permanently eliminate the risk of repeat supplier deficiencies.

· Generate data, correlate data and provide meaningful reports that drive prevention activities to sustain supplier improvement and eliminate waste..

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Quality Eng’g or related field.

· 4-5 years experience in manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in supplier quality functions. Production and/or Eng’g experience in related technical field is preferred.

· Demonstrated ability and experience in utilization of supply chain management tools and quality tools (e.g Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, Six Sigma, Process Control and Capability studies, Gauge R&R).

· Certified ASQ CQE preferred.

· Capable of leading, working independently, and on cross functional teams..

· Self-motivated and with a persistent and determined attitude when challenged..

· Good in both written and oral English is a MUST.

· Basic computer skills using MS office, Outlook, etc.

· Good team worker & communication skill
