职位描述

Responsibilities:
The role's key purpose is to work with the Human Resources team to provide consulting services to the service lines operating in the Shenzhen Office. That includes but is not restricted to:
- Work closely with the HR team to proactively drive, manage and coordinate HR practices across the group of companies, to meet HR objectives and overall business strategy of the organization.
- Work with National team to lead and drive projects and initiatives and provide support in designing, analyzing, reviewing and implementing programs
- Ensure proper execution of HR policies, program and practices, according with firm guidelines and policies
- Take initiative in employee assistance programs and help to organize other corporate activities
- Consult to the service line group regarding employee relations and communication matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations
- Assist in other HR ad hoc projects

Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 6 years related experience in HR overall fields in multinational companies, at least 4years experience in staff relationship
- Familiar with HR systems, compensation and benefits structure
- Mature, service-minded and a good team player
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Talents with lower profile can be considered as Senior Officer
