职位描述
Reports to: General Manager, Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
1 Define the supply chain and logistic strategies for Hong Kong and China operations.
2 Manage all sourcing, procurement, supply and logistic functions in the region.
3 Responsible for all functions related to Procurement, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Shop floor control, Logistics, Order management and inventory management to manage and improve delivery performance, product quality, productivity, cost and inventory management.
4 Evaluate, implement and manage the outsourcing services such as 3PL logistic services provider, custom declaration service provider.
5 Responsible for the development and management of the order planning and processing in Hong Kong and China.
6 Develop and execute global/regional sourcing strategies including effective usage of suppliers.
7 Manage and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
8 Manage and measure suppliers for continuous quality performance and cost improvement.
9 Highlight the potential delivery risk and support in providing solutions together with engineering development team.
10 Ensure all functional departments such as purchasing, production control, material planning and control, and warehouse are operating as compliant with requirement in ISO13485 and GMP.
11 Drive and manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) operations in the ERP system.
12 Establish and implement the lean operations concepts on the whole supply chain.
13 Work with the supplier to develop and implement JIT or VMI methodology in order to minimize the average inventory level for production.
14 Ensure the optimize use of the warehouse spacing.
15 Responsible for the inventory management.
16 Manage the team in achieving the designated supply and logistic strategies.
17 Establish the goals of each function in supply chain and measurement of the performance.
18 Facilitate and support new product introduction.
Qualification:
1 BS or BA in supply chain management, procurement or materials management.
2 Over 8 years’ experience in supply chain management, and experience in medical devices manufacturing will be an advantage
3 Previous working experience in ISO9000; ISO13485 quality system will be an advantage.
4 Previous working experience in MNCs is preferable.
5 Proficiency in written and spoken English
6 Demonstrated good experience in purchasing with strong supplier network especially in electronic components.
7 Proven leadership skill, management experience and strong communication skills.
