Job Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates using a variety of internal and external resources;
2. Select and assess candidates through initial telephone screenings and interviews;
3. Arrange further interview schedule for hiring department and HRD
4. Make reference check for qualified candidates incl. education background and working experience;
5. Make review for new comer with his/her line manager and co-worker and follow up the result;
6. Collect and sort out written test (professional knowledge&English) and computer test for all departments;
7. Raise proposal for appropriate psychological test and apply to candidate selection;
8. Document all recruiting resources and look for new recruiting resources;
9. Improve recruitment process and control recruitment cost;
10. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Human Recourse or any other relevant major;
2. 1+ years working experience in recruiting functions ;
3. Familiar with recruiting resources and be able to develop new resources;
4. Familiar with interview skills to identify and estimate applicants' comprehensive aptitude and potential;
5. Ability to deal with people at different levels and all type of educational background;
6. Self-motivated, be willing to work under pressure;
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
8. Proactive, independent and responsible;
9. Good command of written and oral English
