工作职责:
* 负责所有的库存管理以及品質檢測
* 检查每天的订单情况，Inter-Company 订单的追踪，库位检查，品質檢測等
* 与内部客服部门，打印部门以及外部各方合作
* 维持改善内部流程
* 提高工作效率以及质量
* 运输成本时效控制
* 年度盘库，分析盘点结果
* 员工管理， 包括对仓库部门员工进行考核，培训，激励员工，招聘员工
* 与运营经理一起评估未来资源，旺季尽量减少加班，淡季安排培训，提高部门的整体水平
* 解决突发问题，向运营经理报告各项事宜
* 协助上级经理解决其他问题

Requirements
· University graduate or with 8 years relevant working experience in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management with 3 years in Management level for a team more than 20 staff
· Previous experience in international logistics or trading firm is an advantage
· Solid experience in Warehouse facilities, workflow and procedures set up, implementation and improvement review
. Proficient in spoken and written English (CET-4 or above)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office, experience with ERP system is a plus
· Well planning and organized, detail minded and result-oriented
· Good leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate the team to achieve business results
· Living in Dongguan is preferred


Key responsibilities
· Managing the warehouse to ensure adequate stock level to fulfil order service for customers and inter-company request
. Drive the team to effect quality control, allocation, data management in ERP system and pick/pack orders according to daily order status and project requirements
. Close cooperation with Customer service, Production and external partners to solve any daily challenges
. Maintain and develop internal procedures and guidelines and safeguard adequate training and knowledge is well received by all members in warehouse
. Supervise logistic function to ensure cost efficient freight and best transportation channels to different couriers vs. transit time, response time etc.
· Responsible for the warehouse part of Annual Stock Count and analysing the result, i.e. the deviations between ERP and physical stock
. Evaluate workload among various teams and function with approprate manpower planning, recruitment and selection
. Identify workflow issues and problem solving to smooth out business performance and improve customers service standard
. Initiate precaution measurements to handle extreme up and low workload and orders sitaution during peak and low seasons
