Factory （Zhejiang province）Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Description
Company Title: Factory Quality Assurance Inspector
Work location: Hua Dong area/Shanghai Jiangsu Zhejiang（工作地点：华东区/上海、江苏、浙江）

Position Summary:

This individual is responsible for quality monitoring and assurance to affirm that all products manufactured are free from any flaws or errors and are of the highest quality.

Essential Functions:

a. Responsible for inspecting the quality of product exiting the factory and reporting all issues.

b. Reviews each QC , engineering specs., with the factory production team to assure that the assembly of the items are understood and will be executed properly

c. Inspects all phases of the manufacturing process to assure the quality of production from beginning to the end of the production process, components through shipping.

d. Stops production when a quality issue is found that will impact either safety of the customer or salability of the item

e. Reviews shipping requirements for each Po and customer with the factory

f. Reviews factory production schedules to verify all Po’s are exiting the factory on time

g. Creates and prepares defective reports

h. Reviews, tracks and communicates information regarding process variations and quality control samples as required

i. Acts as the liaison/coordinator between us and the factories

j. Reviews the print schedule with the factory and reports back to us on printing status

k. Confirms all commercial invoices and packing lists prepared by the factory are accurate prior to us submitting them to the customer for final payment

Minimum Requirements

a. Good communication skills both written and oral .

b. Capable of speaking, writing, and reading English

c. Competent in MS office (spread sheets)

d. Detailed oriented

e. Competent with e-mail and specifically Outlook

f. Cooperative and a team player

g. High School diploma or equivalent
