Responsibilities,

-Carry on daily inspection activities according to the schedule arranged by coordinators.

- To prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of inspection schedule from the QC co-ordinator.
- To double check necessary information and other reference materials in the QC file are on hand before inspection
- To double confirm with factories on the updated availability of inspection.
- To conduct quality inspections base on AQL for products before shipment.
- To report findings of quality inspection result.
- To issue cargo release certificate for orders passed inspection.
- To collect shipment sample from factory after inspection.
- To work with factory management to correct quality problem.
- To check with merchandisers and co-ordinator to clarify if any point is not clear.
- To prepare Weekly/Monthly inspection summary and statistical reports.

Requirements:

-University or related technical institute graduate;
-Minimum 5 years related working experience in inspection area, have rich inspection skills/knowledge at the General Merchandise and E&E products.

-E&E inspector must well mastering the EMC standard and reporting or relevant standards of E&E products, be able to do the component list checking and check the I/M against the product efficiently.(With QA/QE background will be preferred.)

-Able to visit factory frequently national widely and working under pressure.

-Good sense of communication with QC supervisor/manager/brand Merchant./QA/Vendor/Factory to resolve problems happened on site.

-Proficiency in written and speaking English for effective report writing, able to generate the Electronic-Reports on time after inspection.

-Good MS office operation skills

-Be diligence, integrity and team working
