Job Description职位描述
1. Resolving all sorts of technical problems related in time during daily manufacturing .负责及时解决日常生产过程中的各类技术相关问题；
2. Cooperating with R&D to introduce new product to be mass production. 与研发部门衔接，负责新开发产品的量产引进；
3. Redeveloping existing product when needed. 负责现有产品的二次开发；
4. Disposing technical problems related during daily manufacturing.处理日常生产过程中的技术问题；
5. Creating comparative studies to reduce costs continually through new technics or material introduction. 比较研究，通过新工艺新材料的引进持续不断地降低成本；
6. Designing and releasing all technical documents; 制定发布各种工艺技术文件；
7. Designing and manufacturing all technical tools needed.设计制作必要的工装夹具
8. Providing the technical resolvent and management to suppliers.向供应商提供输出技术解决方案及技术管理；
9. Studying technical process to promote production efficiency.研究工艺流程，提升生产效率；
10. Training the workers in production knowledge and skill. 对员工进行产品知识及技术培训；
11. Cooperating with QE to promote the production quality. 与品质部门一起，持续改进产品质量

Job Request职位要求
1.Bachelor degree in engineering. 本科,工科类专业;
2.Male,30~40 years old. 男,年龄30~40岁;
3.Have above 5 years' experience in process engineering in household appliance，engineering，equipment manufacturing industry 5年以上在家电/工程/设备制造行业工艺技术方面的经验;
4.Familiar with BOM、SOP and ENC etc.熟悉BOM、SOP、ENC等方面的工作;
5.Practiced skills in technical software such as ProE, Auto Cad,SolidWorks. 熟练操作ProE/Auto Cad/SolidWorks等工程软件;
6.Have above 2 years' experience in management.有2年以上管理工作经验;
7.English skills of reading and writing, oral and listening skills are preferred.英语读写良好,有听说能力者优先考虑.
