Accountability工作职责：

l Manage relationship with business process owners and power user community, stay abreast of business strategy, plans and requirements, as well as with Regional/Divisional solution and technology offerings.

l Identify opportunities for SAP or infrastructural technology enablement that can add value to business, understand and manage requirements within MU enable business performance improvement or competitive advantage enhancement.

l Responsible for co-developing Continuous Improvement project charters with Solution teams, particular focus on assuring MU business ownership and commitment, organizing MU resourcing, and rollout planning.

l Ensure alignment with Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) requirements. Facilitate and ensure PLM stage gates and sign off requirements are met during the entire project lifecycle.

l Work as an integral part of national “Level 1 Support” capability to support a given set of Beverage SAP system, apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.

l Work with businesses to recognize changing needs and prioritize business requirements. Optimize usage of current systems to gain more benefit. Develop change requests to solve business problems, and facilitate approval within IT governance processes.

l Manage and perform the design, testing and application of SAP system changes in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and standards.

l Liaison with business owners or power users to ensure the new functional change is transported into production environments without unintended impact on live business units.

l Lead and support power user community, and maintain communication with business leadership. Monitor system utilization and performance, find potential issues and provide optimization recommendation proactively.

l Contribute to MU IT organization capabilities; assist in requirement management and solution delivery.

l Build SAP capabilities by leverage Power User community.

l Comply with IT Policies and Procedures

Qualification任职资格：

· University degree in Information Technology or related field.

· Minimum 6 years relevant professional IT working experience.

· Minimum 2-3 years user-facing, hands-on functional experience in implementing or supporting SAP application system, with specialization in either financial, sales and distribution, material management or manufacturing.

· Significant experience on business application system development, implementation and continuous improvement.

· Proven experience on project management.

· Strong in communication & influencing people, at ease in cooperation across different functions, geographies. Regional and multinational corporation experience preferred.

· Business service and customer oriented.

· Ability to work with minimum supervision, seek assistance where necessary.

· Prior working experience in FMCG/consumer product sectors an advantage, but not required.

· Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin proficiency.
