- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to streamline HR operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist to design any processes or templates.
- Assist to design tracking tools to track any key steps of process executions.
- Conduct processes audit, provide audit report, and then feedback to related parties.
- Manage HR mailbox; ensure every employee enquiry is responded in time.
- Manage HR operation documents on share point and HR web.
- Assist HR vendor management.
- Work on projects as needed.
- Key Tasks:
- Review and improve HR operational processes.
- Design and conduct process audit, and give feedback to related parties.
- Help to generate monthly HR operation dashboard.
- Maintain HR policies and SOPs on HR share point and HR Web.
- Work on projects as needed.
- 职位要求:
- Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years HR operation experience. BS degree in related field is preferred.
- Consulting firm experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner. Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints.
- Be self-motivate and be able to work independently to achieve results.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Excellent English with both oral and writing.
