Specific Position Requirements to include:
? Responsible for following and driving reports through system in Greater China Region recruitment programs.
? Working with vendors to deliver college recruitment project – career talk, paper test, onsite interview etc.
? Actively determines new and creative sourcing channels.
? Involves recruiting in a high volume environment. Identify ways to ensure that applicants to Microsoft are treated in a professional and consistent manner, maintaining and improving upon the company’s image and reputation, even when candidates are rejected.
? Maintain a proper communication and working relation with business. Provide reports and data periodically and respond timely to ad-hoc business request.
? Collaborating with other internal stakeholders to make sure the candidates have a good experiences of interviewing and onboarding logistics.
? Fully implementing and accurately the tracking system including but not limited to application system, team sharepoint, e-recruiting, Headtrax, etc.
Requirements
? Must have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
? 0-3 years’ experience in staffing / recruiting / HR function.
? Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
? Strong PC skills in Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
? Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
? Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills.
? Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly
