职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales process gate-keeping function in support of landing Office 365 & Azure in China.
- Ensure right level of approval on customer agreement/order and hand over/track agreement package
- Manage queries and escalations by MS Account/Licensing teams
- Manage Reconciliation process by designing process of processed agreement/orders
- Support manual processes in-lieu of automation delays
- Review process and highlight improvements
Qualifications Should Include:
- Minimum 5 years business experience in business operations or customer service
- BA/BS or equivalent required
- Strong background in business operations and customer service
- Fair knowledge of the Microsoft product line (include retail and volume licensing products/programs) and the ability to leverage these products to get the job done.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin); very good presentation experience and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with working with cross groups
- General knowledge of international business and a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity required.
- Must be highly self-motivated, meticulous, articulate and independent.
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced working environment
- Positive attitude, good team player, willing to learn and take on initiative
- Knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred.
