Job Responsibility:
1. Work with Sales Team to bid projects
?Design Intumescent Specifications to fit Structural Designs
?Compliant with various Fire Proofing Standards
?Understand Architectural Design Plans
2. Institute Spec-in
?Analyse and understand the positioning of the key Infrastructure Institutes and select the right targets for development
?Plan and visit target institutes to promote the Intumescent product and being short-listed
?Develop Institute Networking and obtain project information
3. Provide training to employees, contractors, institutes and owners
4. Fire Proofing Standard Understanding, and Fire Bureau Approval process
5. Understanding of Competitive Specifications

Job Requirement:
1. Skills, Experiences and Academic Requirements
?Basic Knowledge of Protective Coating
?Understanding of Fire Proofing Market and the related Government Process
?Good communication skill with internal team and customers by influent oral and written Mandarin and English;
?Good strategic thinking skill & be able to focus on long term plans
?Basic Knowledge of Architectural Design and Construction
2. Work Competences
?Team player
?Be able to work cross functions
?Initiative, proactive to work with internal team as well as external organisations
