职位描述
Job Purpose
Perform a variety of routine accounting and commercial administration functions to support sales office with regard to billing, VAT, AR, sales administration assistance and reporting in accordance with standard procedures and process.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assist collection and payment team to check sales contracts and purchase order.
2. Invoice management and timely handle Tax issue upon request.
3. Check and make sure the accuracy of inventory and prepare monthly accounting records for inventory related.
4. Obtain sign-off from Project Management Team in acknowledgement of project completion in order to recognize sales. Assist sales to prepare payment documents and chasing the payment.
5. Act as a communication bridge between finance team, sales and customer operations team to ensure proper financial process and accuracy after project completion.
6. Support sales personnel on expense form preparation and approval acquisition for reimbursement purpose.
7. Monthly Sale Office expenditure and related finance report preparation.
Assist General Sales Manager to complete financial related assignment if requested.
Business Expertise
Applies fundamental understanding of other departments and knowledge of the industry.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent;
2. Experience in accounting in a commercial environment and have experience in invoicing and AR accounting or sales administration is a plus ;
3. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus;
4. Teamwork spirit required;
5. PC and keyboard skills required;
Member of professional accounting bodies desirable.
