Beijing Quaker Plant -- Quality Manager

Key responsibilities:
? Lead overall Quaker Plant quality work
? Establish & maintain quality system in terms of PI & local food industry requirement
? Lead & maintain required food products license
? Quality improvement project, troubleshooting and products quality improvement
? Establish food safety, HACCP, AIB system
? PFI challenge test & action plan follow up
? Quality system update: PI quality assurance system update ( test method, equipment set up, quality manual etc. update) and follow up
? New Product hygiene report follow-up and renew exist products hygiene report update and follow-up

Qualification:
? At lease 8 years’ quality assurance experiences in food, chemicals & pharmaceutical manufacturing, 5 years’ or above QA management experiences.
? With 5 years’ working experience in international company.
? Be familiar with food safety & food industry requirement & regulation
? Results oriented, outgoing and forceful in personality and adaptable to multicultural exposure.
? Strong communication skills.
? Good knowledge of quality management.
? Problem solving and action planning facilitation skills.
? Good team work with others.
? Fluent in both oral and written English.
? Good computer skills such as excel, power point and other software per requirement.
