JOB DESCRIPTION – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
l Work in Real Time Value Adding (Fixing) area to deliver fixings on time with high quality.
l Work with various people in different job roles and different countries, Content, Business analyzer, Technical Operations, Product managers, Project Managers to deliver fixings, and to ensure service stability and quick turnaround on production issues within acceptable time period.

l Involve in Real Time Value Add (Fixing) system development and support, and to increase the financial market knowledge.

l Review the design, code, implementation and test cases, of own work, or work of colleagues, to ensure compliance to requirements and architectural specifications.

l Work with the team to make modifications to existing software applications, or to develop and integrate new applications according to specifications and industry standards. Able to identify the technical risks in a project and provide solution.

l Research new and emerging technologies. Evaluate and make recommendations for new tools, technologies, and platforms to be implemented.

l Conduct user training when necessary.



JOB SPECIFICATIONS – REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE：

Technical and/or Functional skills

u BS or MS Degree in CS, Engineering or related fields

u A minimum of 5 years experience in software design, development and testing.

u Familiar with C#, .Net, C++.

u Solid knowledge and rich practical experience in OOAD and Design Patterns;

u Strong debug and troubleshooting experience on Windows platform

u Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

u Provide continuous support and willing to shift work time to fit the needs where the service requested from different time zone. Strong sense of system support and customer satisfaction.

u Ability to solve complex problems in real-time production environment.



Other professional skills and abilities:

u Financial market knowledge is a big plus;

u Overseas working experience is a big plus;

u A proactive team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments.

u Willing to work late for teleconference with overseas colleagues occasionally, to provide technical support over telephone to assist first and second level support, round the clock.

u Independency and strong sense of ownership to solve problems and accountable for the quality of own work.

u Ability to work under tight deadlines with high pressure

u Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels and comfortable in cross-cultural environment.
