- For Industry Sales Vertical team, we are looking for an experienced Team Assistant.
What are my responsibilities?
- Handle general & tranvel expense claiming
- Book meeting room and meeting preparation
- Arrange travels for section managers and other team members
- Internal department communication
- Assist contract process, e.g. signature collection
- Handle document post and tracking
- Activity support such as annual party & outing
- Fixed asset checking
- Handle P&P sales project registration platform as an admin, SPV system maintenance
- LoA, BP CDD and SAP process
- Customer & vendor No. maintenance
- New comer on board assistance
- Employee checkout process
- Intern management
- Office supply purchase
- Other office administrative responsibilities
- Coordinator of Verticals Shanghai Hub, responsible for Shanghai, Hangzhou. Nanjing and Wuxi office
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 1 or 2 year working experience in multinational company
- Good English in writing & speaking
- Good communication (no shyness to speak strangers)
- Good operation in office software, able to use computer to organize complex information (document, report, process, daily records,...)
- Would like to devote time to learn and solve problems
- Flexible, smart and result-oriented
- Better health status (better if having any sports interest to prove she is quite healthy)
- Willing to help others
