ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Complete coverage of the supply chain (according to program) across HZ region
+ Provide capacity building support for supply chain units, in order to make improvements on overall sustainability standards within the facility
+ Responsible for the successful implementation of the sustainability program in the sourcing region
+ Responsible for implementation of sustainability audit/QS & visit planning and conduction of audits/ visits with the coordinator
+ Communication and report to General Manager – HZ & RM – Asia on a regular basis about the status in the respective sourcing markets and information about problems/ discussion about further proceeding
+ Monitor and evaluate sustainability reporting (quick scan, audit-, visit reports, supplier list) of the coordinator
+ Further develop and enhance the sustainability program (project work) in cooperation with RM – Asia & Germany office
+ Implement new sustainability requirements in the markets together with the local sustainability team member
+ Give recommendations regarding further proceeding with suppliers/ supplier qualification
+ Educate and develop coordinators skills on auditing & providing adequate guidance to suppliers for sustainability development
+ Exchange information on media/NGO – issues with RM-Asia & German sustainability team
Requirements:
+ Ideally a Bachelors degree
+ Auditor certification desirable but not essential
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in the sustainability domain
+ At least 2 years in a lead auditor/ team leader capacity monitoring the performance & implementation of sustainability program
+ Comprehensive knowledge of sustainability/ compliance requirements
+ Experience in performing social audits in accordance with internationally approved standards
+ Sound knowledge of Chinese commercial, labor and social law
+ Appropriate knowledge of the apparel business process
+ MS OFFICE, EXCEL & thorough understanding of Internet operations
+ Conflict management & judgment capabilities
+ Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English is required
+ Willingness to undertake extensive traveling
