岗位描述：
1. Leading the component design and development of our distributed cloud infrastructure system.
2. Complete ownership of end-to-end process from requirement analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing until release.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent majors.
2. Past experience in design and develop distributed file systems, distributed operating systems, cluster-based high performance computing, Internet services, or other relevant areas.
3. Four or more years of experience in software design and development. Familiarity in system architecture, software design, and system tuning.
4. Proficiency in C++, and master of good programming practice. Prior experience in performance tuning preferred.
5. Strong experience in collaborative work, capable of driving development projects across teams. Prior experience in team management preferred.
6. Capable of independent thinking, vigilant in problem discovery, analysis and resolution.
7. Enjoying and embracing challenges, and proactively seeking innovative solutions.
8. Strong problem solving capability.
9. Passionate about work, self-driven, capable of turning pressure into motivation.
