To support the management of customer service operation channel partners to help achieve customer satisfaction and retention
Duties & responsibilities
1. To assist the development of customer service programs & tools for local execution of customer service operation.
2. To be the key focal point to channel partners to help resolve any customers queries and operational issues.
3. To provide training and update to local channel partners on platform, product & operational workflow, etc.
4. To support the ad-hoc campaign execution, e.g. country channel page revamp & content maintenance, email campaigns.
岗位要求:
本科以上,有客服或在线运营经验的优先;
英语听说读写流利,并擅长团队之间及跨文化沟通;
具有一定的项目管理能力和数据分析能力;
