职位描述
Business and Financial:
1. Directs division to drive and achieve sales plans
2. Accountable for controllable costs
3. Sets a high standard of personal productivity and encourages team to do the same
4. Implements action plans to improve KPI's to maximise business opportunities
5. Reviews and adjusts employee schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage to complete all workload and to maximise sales
6. Implements shortage action plan in partnership with the leadership team to minimize loss and achieve shrinkage goal
7. Prepares and analyzes LOD tracking sheets to optimize peak hour opportunities
8. Communicates and manages floor coverage as LOD
Customer and Market:
1. Leads store team to deliver the best customer store experience through:
? Visual execution and optimal commercial use of both space and fixtures
? Fitting Rooms / Service and Selling
? Shop floor replenishment and productivity
? Sets and embeds Brand standards
2. Ensures an exceptional customer experience by assessing interactions on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms
3. Fosters customer centric culture by recognizing and rewarding team
4. Ensures optimal floor coverage to maximize customer engagement, selling and task completion
5. Develops and trains sales-oriented Associates equipped with product knowledge
6. Knows who our competitors are and what they do in the market
7. Identifying and resolving problem areas within the sales area
Leadership and Employee:
1. Provides outstanding leadership to the team generating high levels of motivation and commitment.
2. Deliver the manpower plan for the division.
3. Live performance management. Create a climate of high quality feedback, coaching and development.
4. Creates training and development plans for team.
5. Ensure a fully trained team.
6. Provides GM/CM with feedback on sales team members
7. Provides on the job training to new employees
Managing and Operating:
1. Ensures shelf availability, data integrity, shrink control, P&P compliance.
2. Monitors and enforces adherence to all corporate policies (eg. Dress code, return policy, safety, LP etc.) as directed by the policies and procedures
3. Delivers effective payroll management in store.
4. Controls losses through effective loss prevention plans.
5. Monitors and implements quarterly Ops audit
6. Conducts daily floor walks for Division to ensure brand retail standards are maintained
7. Compiles daily / weekly divisional action plans that are focused on brand / customer service standards

1. Proven leadership and communication skills
2. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence all levels of management and staff.
3. Must have high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and to make effective decisions in a timely manner.
4. Allocates time effectively, handles multiple demands and competing priorities
