BU Description:
- CSDL Lab Based Services (LBS) combines both solution delivery and service delivery in one integrated offering. Our mission is to support software selling by working closely with SWG sellers and services organizations such as GBS, GTS, and business partners, and deliver project excellence to make our products stick.
- China Rapid Solutions Center (RSC) is part of Software Lab Services and Solutions Group, and would provide Services Delivery and Engagement support to global clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make detail design following architectural design made by IT Architect.
- Lead a sub-team taking the responsibility of developing of a sub-system.
- Supervise on the development and test job done by consultant.
- 60% to 70% travel, either in GCG, or in North America
Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
Mandatory:
- Above 4 years experiences in IT project development and delivery.
- At least one year experiences in leading team of 2~4 members.
- Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- Fluent in English communication both orally and in writing.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent programming skills in J2EE, including JSP, XML, Servlet, JAX(P/B), JMS, JDBC, Struts, JSF, etc.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Windows 2000, Oracle/ SQL Server/ DB2, application server such as WebSphere, WebLogic, etc.
Desirable:
- Depth knowledge about major IBM software, such as IBM ECM, FileNet BPM, DB2, MQ and LDAP etc, more is better;
- Finance Industry field business knowledge and familiar with the major banking application, such as Corebanking, Payment or Process Banking Solution;
- Experience on business process design and optimization;
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates):
- Degree: Master or Bachelor degree, major in CS or equivalent.
- Java/J2EE certificates are desirable.
- IBM product skills certificates are desirable.
