ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is an international company which produces large machinery.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Weifang, Shandong Province, China
Reporting to:
Project Led / CEO
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Overall responsibility for HR related matters at China operations
+ Development of local employees
+ Implementation of change management together with HR Manager Germany
+ Search and recruiting of employees
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
+ Cooperation with German HR Manager (who is also responsible for China activities)
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related with focus on HR
+ Experiences in an international company with production site is a MUST
+ At least 5 years relevant working experience in HR in China, of which at least two in a managing position+ Experience with agricultural companies is strongly preferred
+ Excellent knowledge of local regulations and business culture
+ Excellent knowledge of HR laws, rules and changes
+ Self motivated and strong problem solving skills
+ Methodical and structured approach
+ Ability to work in international teams
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Excellent communication skills, particularly in an intercultural context
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
+ Additionally German language skills is preferred
