Our client is a leading industrial group in power tools and assembly systems field. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Talent Spot is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:


Position: Zone Sales Manager
Report to: Business Line Manager
Location: Guangzhou


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Be responsible for profit & loss in the zone
l Make business plan to achieve the annually sales target this is consistent with the company overall business strategy
l Prospect and identify new business opportunities and Implement sales strategy in assigned region
l Development with coordination and expansion of regional general Industrial distributors network
l Task breakdown annual sales goal to the team and allocate sales force according to the market mapping
l Support area sales manager and sales engineer to maintain a high-level customer relationship
l Leading, coaching and motivation the sales team within the zone and be responsible for develop the sales competence
l Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements


REQUIREMENTS:

l University degree or above with engineering background
l At least 8 years working experience with 3 year experience in management role
l Proven track record in sales
l Experience in successfully leading a sales team
l Mechanical or electrical knowledge
l Good English skill both in oral and written
